Why this project exists

This project is a small neighborhood effort to support community cats in a humane, organized, and realistic way.

Our focus is Richmond Annex. We want neighbors to have one simple place to learn what is happening, share helpful information, and support trap-neuter-return coordination.

The goal is not to make things complicated. It is to help residents work together, reduce confusion, and make care efforts easier to coordinate over time.
